User Accounts and Registration

Eligibility

No Immigration Assistance or Legal Services

• The service provides general information and software tools only. It does not provide legal services or case‑specific migration services.
• We do not provide “immigration assistance” as defined in the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) s276. We do not prepare or lodge applications, communicate with the Department of Home Affairs or review bodies on your behalf, or act as your representative.
• Outputs are automated, AI‑processed content based on your inputs and publicly available sources. They are informational in nature and are not authoritative determinations.

Plans & Usage Limits

Subscription Tiers

• Free: Access to Calendar, Inbox system messages, and Profile. Other modules show sample/demo data with an upgrade prompt.
• Master (subscription): Unlocks all core features.

Daily Usage Limits

• We may apply reasonable usage controls to protect system stability and ensure fair access.

Auto‑Renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscription is billed weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose.
• Plans automatically renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend or downgrade access until payment is successful.
• Your current plan is visible in your account dashboard.

Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

• Prices are listed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes may apply based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or foreign exchange fees charged by your payment provider.

Refunds

• No refunds after payment: Fees are non‑refundable once a payment has been made, except as required by law or to correct billing errors.
• If you believe you were charged in error or there was a material service failure, please email [email protected] with your order number, account email, and a description of the issue. We will review your request; if a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Subscription cancellations do not entitle refunds for elapsed periods unless required by applicable law.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Noven service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of novenai.com and any third parties.
• While you retain ownership of your personal immigration information and conversations, the core Noven platform and AI technology remain the property of novenai.com.

No Client Relationship

Using the service does not create a lawyer–client, migration agent–client, or similar professional relationship between you and us. The service is an information platform and software tool. We do not act on your behalf before the Department of Home Affairs or any review body and do not lodge applications or communications for you.

Third‑Party Services

The service may rely on third‑party providers (for example, AI model providers, payment processors, email services). Such providers are responsible for their own services. Your inputs may be forwarded to selected providers for automated processing, and any outputs are informational in nature. Third‑party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies; please review those before use.

Generated Content and User Content

• AI‑Processed Outputs: Automated outputs are based on your inputs and publicly available sources. They are provided for general informational purposes and are not authoritative determinations. You must verify against official government sources before relying on them.
• User Content Warranty: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that such content does not infringe or violate third‑party rights or applicable laws.
• Limited License to Operate the Service: You grant us a non‑exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your submitted content solely as necessary to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Use
