Welcome to Noven AI! Noven AI is operated by North Egg Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Registration & Usage. Users must create an account to access Noven AI’s core functionalities. Browsing the website does not require an account. Each account is for individual use only, and sharing is strictly prohibited. If multiple users are detected on a single account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it. We may also suspend accounts for fraudulent activity, false registration, payment disputes, or legal compliance requirements.

2. Subscription & Payment. Noven AI operates on a monthly subscription model. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel anytime, retaining access until the billing period ends. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and will notify users in advance.

3. Refund Policy. Users may request a refund within three days of purchase if they have not exceeded ten AI conversation rounds. Refund requests must be sent to info@novenai.com with account details. Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days and returned via the original payment method.

4. Prohibited Conduct. Users must not abuse AI services, engage in excessive API requests, attempt to bypass limitations, distribute false or harmful content, tamper with Noven AI systems, or violate third-party rights. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property. All AI-generated content, algorithms, and proprietary data belong to Noven AI. Users may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Users may utilize AI-generated content for personal use but do not acquire ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations. Noven AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users must independently verify critical information. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated data. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost revenue or data loss. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law. Legal jurisdiction will be determined based on operational requirements and compliance. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as necessary.
